Phyllis Roteman, Principal and Certified Human Capital Strategist
Phyllis has more than 24 years of consulting, sales and management experience, and has worked with Fortune 1000 companies across a variety of industries. She founded The Loyalty Group near her 30th birthday, opting out of corporate life to build her consulting and training business from the ground up. In addition to being an entrepreneur, Phyllis’ professional expertise includes talent strategy and development, performance management, competencies, selection systems, learning and development, coaching, and sales consulting.

Before forming The Loyalty Group, Phyllis was a consultant at Development Dimensions International (DDI) where she managed and designed customized solutions for clients whose needs could not be met with “off the shelf” products. She earned an MBA and has taken graduate courses in organizational behavior and corporate communications. She also taught organizational design and development in the University of Miami’s Business School as an adjunct professor.

In addition to holding an executive MBA from University of Miami, she is ASTD-certified in e-learning design, DDI-certified in facilitation and job analysis (competency modeling) and holds training certifications in several sales programs including Miller Hymen, Spin Selling and others. She also earned a Human Capital Strategist (HCS) certification from the Human Capital Institute and is currently pursuing her Master’s certification.
An adventurer, Phyllis has climbed to the peak of Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, bungee jumped from the Victoria Falls Bridge in Harare, Zimbabwe, and body-boarded down the Zambezi River rapids (and lived to tell about it).

Stacy Pearson, Office Manager/Project Coordinator
Stacy brings over 14 years of administrative, entrepreneurial and marketing experience to The Loyalty Group. A native of Houston, Texas, Stacy holds a BS in Psychology and is trained in many media programs including Adobe Captivate (e-learning), Flash and graphic design. Stacy is the heart of TLG’s operations — providing customer service, training coordination, project scheduling, material development and ordering – and myriad other services. When she’s not working at TLG, she is a professional photographer specializing in children’s portraits. In a past life, Stacy started up and ran a restaurant and a cleaning company. The customer service orientation, resourcefulness and business sense developed in these ventures really comes in handy at The Loyalty Group.
