Karen has nearly 20 years of experience delivering business outcomes by leading transformational change, developing impactful learning solutions, and aligning organizational culture with business goals and practices.  While working at leading organizations including Intuit and Varian Systems, Karen designed and led strategic people initiatives including developing an overall talent strategy, designing talent management practices, and implementing practical tools and processes that people want to use. She gets measurable results by taking a human-centric approach to design, focusing employees and leaders on the impact they have on the success of the business and the behaviors needed to execute effectively.  Her passions include employee engagement, onboarding, performance development, and leadership development with employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle as the north star for design. 

Dr. Aparna Arvind

Senior Leadership Development Consultant and Executive Coach

A passionate change agent, Aparna has spent the last two decades driving impactful initiatives that align human behavior with professional development and personal well-being, helping to create high-performance cultures and ecosystems.  A certified executive coach and Hogan practitioner, Aparna's specialty areas include leadership development, organizational change, career management and transitions, and leading with emotional intelligence. Her diverse experience includes leading a successful medical practice as a physician, leading and executing on multiple change management initiatives as a principal change management consultant, and many years as an executive coach helping transform senior leaders across various industries including pharmaceuticals, technology, global health non-profits, and business & financial services. 

Alison Schwalm

Senior Organizational Change Strategist/Consultant

Alison is a rare leader and change evangelist equally talented in strategy, process, innovation and people. Her 25+ year career has included leadership roles at GE, Merck, Guardian Life and Accenture, where she's successfully tackled strategic business challenges including M&As, integrations, major product launches, digital/process automation, and workplace modernization.  She's a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and SaFe Agile and Prosci certified.  Driven by her passion for improving the “people experience” in organizations, Alison has coached over 500 change agents to facilitate long-term engagement and sustained business value.   As a trusted C-suite advisor, she navigates through distractions and swiftly initiates action and forward momentum with a focused strategy.
