Phyllis Roteman / Bio
Phyllis is a highly sought-after global leadership development consultant, executive coach and organizational culture expert. She’s helped thousands of individuals and teams, from emerging leaders to C-suite executives, discover their authentic styles while becoming more effective leaders in today’s complex business environment. Her diverse client portfolio has included fast-growing startups, privately held companies and global corporations including Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo, Analog Devices (ADI), Optum, Mattel, Chevron, Farmers Insurance and Wisk Aero.
Her experience and education reflect the intersection of people and business. After working her way through college selling everything from brick-sized cell phones to industrial chemicals, she began her consulting career at Development Dimensions International (DDI), a global leadership development firm, where she built and delivered customized solutions for clients. In 1996, she founded The Loyalty Group Consulting, growing it from the ground up while getting her MBA from the University of Miami.

She coaches and facilitates through self-discovery yet doesn’t hesitate to be direct when needed.
