Phyllis is a highly sought-after global leadership development consultant, executive coach and organizational culture expert. Her experience and education reflect the intersection of people and business. After working her way through college selling everything from brick-sized cell phones to industrial chemicals, she began her consulting career at Development Dimensions International (DDI), a global leadership development firm, where she built and delivered customized solutions for clients. In 1996, she founded The Loyalty Group Consulting, growing it from the ground up while getting her MBA from the University of Miami.
