Why Vision, Values and Behaviors?
More than slogans or words on a page, these are the critical "hows" of your culture. Strong vision, values and behaviors communicate to your employees and customers HOW your organization goes about achieving results. They should unite, inspire, align and clarify. When developed and implemented effectively, they serve as the foundation for your people-systems including recruiting, selecting talent, developing and managing performance.
